The ZonePro series has the ability to add scoring or perforating features within a defined width or "zone" across the flexible packaging material.
Certain applications for the flexible packaging industry require the laser beam to move across the web for scoring and shape processing. Preco designs Cross Web Systems that offer a unique advantage over others in the industry with the use of our patented AcuPower™ power control. AcuPower automatically adjusts laser power "on-the-fly" based on the beam movement. This technology is essential to the quality and consistency in cross web processing. It allows our systems to hold tight score tolerances throughout a run, from the beginning to the end of a roll, and while the roll handler is speeding up or slowing down.
