Our Flat Bed Die Cutter four post hydraulic press is our standard flat bed die cutting system and is available in a variety of platen sizes.
Depending on the system and type of registration, standard accuracies of ± 0.025 – 0.075 m (± 0.001 – 0.003 in.) are achievable. This is the only system on the market to achieve micron levels of accuracy. Our system has flexible optics, you can select from X, X–Y, X-Y-θ options to assure consistent registration. Every Preco machine reflects our design philosophy that "The system should run the operator" having the automation minimizes the total manual labor. Job parameter storage facilitates automatic set-up for repeat orders. The optical registration on this system compensates for off-center artwork, skewed items and variations in printed material due to drying or screen stretch.

Using fiber-optic or machine vision camera technology, Preco's X-Y-Θ control systems digitally transmit information to our unique floating bolster*, moving tooling into position for a precise cut, everytime.
* The floating bolster will reduce the maximum material web width.
